Pharmaceutical Washing Systems

In the pharmaceutical world, even small traces of contamination can cause big problems. That’s why we focus on building washers that clean thoroughly, work efficiently, and help you meet industry standards without disrupting your operations.

Whether you run a large manufacturing site or a small research lab, we’ll build a pharmaceutical washing system that works for you.

Washing Systems Built for the Pharma Industry

The pharmaceutical industry is unlike any other. Between the regulatory scrutiny, the need for sterile working environments, and the precise handling of active ingredients, hygiene isn’t just important, it’s fundamental.

It’s the very reason why our pharmaceutical washers are designed with utmost care. We are able to work with manufacturers, research labs, contract development and manufacturing organisations (CDMOs), and more, to develop systems that meet cleanroom compatible standards, with hygiene at the heart of it all.

Our Pharmaceutical Washers

Every pharmaceutical environment is different, and the equipment used can vary greatly depending on the items that need washing, the contamination levels, throughput, and available footprint. Therefore we manufacture machines that are able to clean:

Trays and Crates

Trays and crates are often used to carry or store materials. Our washers are set up to remove the dust, powders, and product residue which will get collected over time. All without damaging the trays, producing a consistent clean every time.

Trolleys and Racks

Trolleys and racks are used constantly in most pharmaceutical sites. Wheels, corners, and joints can trap dirt. Our washing systems use a combination of high pressure jets and targeted nozzles to clean deep into crevices, ensuring your trolleys and racks go back into service clean and safe.

Tote Bins and Dolavs

These large containers are often used to hold bulk materials. Our machines are built to handle their size and weight, with powerful cleaning that reaches every corner.

Utensils and Equipment

Our utensil washers clean pharmaceutical tools and equipment thoroughly while being gentle enough to avoid damage. Ideal for daily cleaning routines, helping you to quickly get clean, safe equipment that is ready to use again.

Pallets

Our pallet washers are designed to quickly and thoroughly clean pallets, helping to prevent contamination as items move between different areas of your site.

Work Boots

Keeping boots clean is incredibly important. Our boot washers help reduce contamination as staff move between areas. Easy to step into and quick to use, they clean soles and sides in seconds – ideal for entrances, exits, and hygiene zones where standards need to be kept high.

What Our Pharmaceutical Washing Systems Remove

Our machines are built to tackle a wide range of pharmaceutical residues, including:

  • Powdered ingredients
  • Liquid formulations
  • Syrup residues
  • Biological and organic matter
  • Lubricants and greases from manufacturing areas
  • Disinfectant traces
  • Cross-contamination from multiple drug types

Every machine is tested to handle the kind of contamination you deal with. We can also help you set up specific wash cycles to meet your own cleaning procedures or quality checks.

Built for Your Pharmaceutical Operation

No two pharmaceutical sites are the same.

That’s why we build each washer to match your space, your workflow, and your hygiene needs.

Need a single washer in a small room? Or a full system that can clean hundreds of items a day? Whatever your setup, we’ll work with you to get it right. We can assess access points, flow of materials, and existing infrastructure to help recommend systems that are both practical and efficient.

Made in the UK, Built to Last

Our pharmaceutical washing systems are manufactured in the UK using high grade stainless steel and components suited to food production environments.

Various wash stages are available including pre-wash, detergent wash, high pressure label removal, rinse and air knife drying. Drainage is built into our washing systems to allow thorough rinsing after every wash cycle.

Because we manufacture our own range, we’re able to offer support from design through to installation and aftercare. Our engineers understand the equipment inside out and are always available to provide guidance or service when needed.

Once your system is installed, we’re here to support you with servicing, spare parts, and technical advice. We don’t disappear after the job’s done, we’re only a phone call or email away to keep things running smoothly.
