Dairy Washing Systems

Our dairy washing systems are developed to meet the needs of commercial and industrial dairy facilities, where hygiene and efficiency are critical to day-to-day operations. From milk processing plants to cheese manufacturers, our machines are built to handle the everyday mess that is common in dairy operations – including fats, proteins, and biofilms.

Washing Systems Built for the Dairy Industry

We provide high performance washers that support continuous operation, meet regulatory demands, and reduce manual handling. Whether your facility deals with milk crates, cheese moulds, or stainless steel racks, our washing systems help you to maintain a clean working environment, batch after batch. Every unit is designed for maximum energy efficiency, water conservation, and minimal downtime.

Our Dairy Washers

Dairy sites rely on a wide range of equipment, and each item requires a slightly different cleaning approach, depending on its size and how dirty it gets. Therefore we manufacture machines that are able to clean:

Trays and Crates

Used throughout the dairy supply chain, trays and crates often carry residue such as milk, soft cheese, or yoghurt. Our washers are capable of washing anywhere from 100 through to 6000 units per hour.

Trolleys and Racks

Cheese trolleys and drying racks are tough to clean by hand. Our trolley washers use strong, targeted sprays to reach every shelf, wheel, and corner – safely removing build-up without having to dismantle anything.

Tote Bins and Dolavs

Big, awkward, and heavy – tote bins and dolavs are hard to clean manually. Our bin washers handle the lifting, spraying, and rinsing in one smooth cycle, so you get a thorough clean without the hassle.

Pans and Utensils

Ideal for cleaning smaller items like cheese moulds, ladles, and mixing tools, our pan washers combine hot water and detergent dosing for excellent cleaning results.

Pallets

Dairy pallets pick up grime during transport and storage. Our pallet washers apply forceful, full coverage cleaning to remove embedded residue and prepare pallets for reuse or return to production areas.

Work Boots

Keeping boots clean is just as important in any food production space. Our boot washers help reduce contamination as staff move between areas. Easy to step into and quick to use, they clean soles and sides in seconds – ideal for entrances, exits, and hygiene zones where standards need to be kept high.

What Our Dairy Washing Systems Remove

Dairy production leaves behind a variety of residues that require specialised cleaning. Our washing systems are built to tackle the most common and stubborn substances found in milk and dairy environments, including:

  • Milk Residue – Dried or congealed milk proteins can stick to trays, pans, and containers.
  • Cream and Fat Cream based residues are high in fat and can cling to surfaces, especially in bins, and utensils.
  • Cheese Fragments – From soft curds to hard cheese crumbs, fragments can become lodged in trolleys, racks, and moulds.
  • Yoghurt and Cultured Products These thicker products can coat pans, tubs, and tools with sticky residue.
  • Butter and Whey – Rich in fats and proteins, residues from butter and whey can be tough to remove with manual cleaning.

Built for Your Dairy Operation

No two dairy operations are exactly the same. From small batch creameries to large scale milk processors, we work with you to assess your equipment needs and configure a system that suits your production scale.

Made in the UK, Built to Last

Our dairy washing systems are manufactured in the UK using high grade stainless steel and components suited to food production environments.

Various wash stages are available including pre-wash, detergent wash, high pressure label removal, rinse and air knife drying. Drainage is built into our washing systems to allow thorough rinsing after every wash cycle.

For sites operating under SALSA, BRCGS or other food safety schemes, our machines can also be equipped with filters, heaters, or sanitisers to meet compliance needs.

Because we manufacture our own range, we’re able to offer support from design through to installation and aftercare. Our engineers understand the equipment inside out and are always available to provide guidance or service when needed.

Once your system is installed, we’re here to support you with servicing, spare parts, and technical advice. We don’t disappear after the job’s done, we’re only a phone call or email away to keep things running smoothly.
