Background
A leading aerospace company that manufactures aerospace parts needed a machine to wash and move multiple boxes and inserts. The goal was to remove cutting fluids (leftover oils used in machining) and clean the products before they are sent around the factory or delivered to customers.
Challenge
Even though this wasn’t a typical food industry setup (where the highest hygiene standards are required), the company still wanted a hygienic design. This meant the system should be easy to clean and maintain, so it stays in good condition. They also wanted a process whereby a single operator could operate the washing system without slowing production.
Solution
We installed a one-man operation system for washing and conveying. The unit was set up and prepared for a full wipe down. It was designed to handle the manufacturer’s different containers and products – while removing cutting fluids quickly and effectively.
Result
The system gave the company a simple and reliable way to wash and move its products. It supported clean handling of aerospace components, reduced manual work, and kept the process efficient.
