Bakery Washing Systems

Our bakery washing systems are developed to meet the needs of commercial and industrial bakeries, where hygiene and efficiency are critical to day-to-day operations. From wholesale bread producers to specialist patisseries, our machines are built to handle the everyday mess that comes with mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, and packaging.

Washing Systems Built for the Baking Industry

We know bakeries handle a range of products – from raw dough to finished goods, often in large volumes and on tight schedules. As a result, equipment used during production quickly accumulates residues such as flour, grease, oils, and dough. Without proper cleaning, this build-up can lead to contamination risks, equipment damage, or loss of efficiency.

Our washing systems are designed specifically for bakery applications, tackling the common hygiene challenges faced in production areas, preparation zones, and packing lines. Whether it’s trays used to prove dough, crates for storage and delivery, or utensils and mixing bowls, we’ve got a cleaning solution that’s up to the job.

Our Bakery Washers

Every bakery is different, and the equipment used can vary greatly depending on the size and nature of the operation. That’s why our washing systems are designed to work with a wide range of bakery items and accessories. We manufacture machines that can clean:

Trays and Crates

Plastic bread trays and crates get dirty fast. Our washers clean them thoroughly and efficiently, keeping your operation moving without slowing you down.

Trolleys and Racks

Trolley and rack washers use powerful sprays to clean wheels, shelves, and frames thoroughly, removing dough, crumbs, oils, and flour – no dismantling needed.

Tote Bins and Dolavs

Tote bins and dolavs are bakery essentials but hard to clean by hand. Our bin washers clean large containers easily, remove residue, and maintain top hygiene standards.

Pans and Utensils

Flour sieves, bowls, spatulas, tins – our pan and utensil washers clean it all. Designed for bakeries, they tackle baked-on residue fast, saving both time and water.

Pallets

Pallets in bakeries are exposed to (and collect) dust, food waste, and wheel debris. Proper cleaning is crucial, especially when used in hygiene-sensitive areas.

Work Boots

Our boot washers help reduce contamination as staff move between areas. Easy to step into and quick to use, they clean soles and sides in seconds – ideal for entrances and exits.

What Our Bakery Washing Systems Remove

Bakery operations generate a mix of residues that, if not cleaned properly, can affect hygiene, equipment performance, and product quality. Our washing systems are built to tackle the most common and stubborn substances found in bakery environments, including:

Flour and Dust Fine flour particles settle into trays, racks, and vents – which if left untouched can become compacted and much tougher to dislodge.

Dough Residue Raw dough sticks to pans, tools, and trolleys – especially in creases and corners.

Grease and Oils – Oils from pastry, butter, and non-stick sprays can cling to surfaces.

Crumbs and Baked On Debris – Oven racks and tins often collect burnt on crumbs and flakes.

Icing, Fillings, and Toppings Sticky residues such as jam, fondant, or cream filling can be tricky to remove.

Built for Your Bakery Operation

No two bakery operations are exactly the same.

Need a compact washer for a smaller site? A continuous tunnel washer to handle high-throughput operations? Our goal is to provide a solution that works within your available footprint without disrupting existing operations.

We can assess access points, flow of materials, and existing infrastructure to help recommend systems that are both practical and efficient.

Made in the UK, Built to Last

Our bakery washing systems are manufactured in the UK using high grade stainless steel and components suited to food production environments.

Various wash stages are available including pre-wash, detergent wash, high pressure label removal, rinse and air knife drying. Drainage is built into our washing systems to allow thorough rinsing after every wash cycle.

For sites operating under SALSA, BRCGS or other food safety schemes, our machines can also be equipped with filters, heaters, or sanitisers to meet compliance needs.

Because we manufacture our own range, we’re able to offer support from design through to installation and aftercare. Our engineers understand the equipment inside out and are always available to provide guidance or service when needed.

Once your system is installed, we’re here to support you with servicing, spare parts, and technical advice. We don’t disappear after the job’s done, we’re only a phone call or email away to keep things running smoothly.
